The location suited our needs
The grounds need a bit of care. The pool was gross, and we did not use. The filter was on all night
TV remote didn’t work even after changing the batteries.
Bathroom basin is ridiculously small and there’s nowhere to put your things.

The price was good for a spa room. Traveled for work and the room was renovated and clean. Box air con was loud, no hair dryer.
Water pressure was low in the room. I don’t think the pool was used for a long long time. Green. The place really didn’t look much from the front but the room was clean. Smelled nice when you walked in but the bathroom was a little smelly.

No breakfast. Location good. Met expectations.
Downstairs room would have been preferable. External steel stairs became slippery in very early morning (ice on steps)
