Very friendly welcoming.
Room was big and clean. Plenty of parking and right on the river and close to everything

Proximity to the venue we attended
For room 30, getting in and out of the bath/shower was dangerous and slippery as the shower water goes all over the floor. The room needed a deep clean. The queen bed was hard. The 2 flights of stairs were hard to get the bags up and down. The continental breakfast was basic. It was 27 and 28 degrees and the pool had a cover and the spa was empty. The whole place needs a facelift and compared to 10 years ago, has really become run down.
