Nice and handy to airport, great food, nice clean rooms and a good price, third time there, always enjoy!
The only thing I can say, if your a light sleeper, trucks on hwy start early, can be a little noisy, but does not bother me.

The lady who owned the property was wonderful we arrived late at night and the restaurant was closed so she took it upon herself to deliver some fruit cookies and Chinese bread to our room . Which we greatly appreciated she was wonderful. We also had a nice conversation with her the next morning prior to leaving. We were there for one night on our monthlong journey in Belize.

It is located ~30 minutes drive to the airport. The grounds were lovely with plants and seating. There was a restaurant on the grounds but not open the day we were there. The owner was very pleasant and helpful.
The rooms are basic. Clean but we had no blanket. The bed was just ok.
