nice and new apartment
(some issue with closing the windows, but not important)
location (actually the fact that the closest bus-station is 5 minutes away BUT the transport is really bad)

The room is newly renovated, simple and with good taste. It has good natural light during the day and can be made totally dark with blinds in the night.
It is spotlessly clean, everything works well and smells new as well.
The kitchenette is well equipped to prepare a small breakfast, which was practical, given there is a big supermarket right across the street, with lots of Italian goodies.
The location is a bit away from most of the points of interest, so it takes time to get in and out.
The room could be further improved with a few hooks or shelves to hang coats or towels, or to place personal items in the room or bathroom.

Good location, 15 min walk to train station, possible to walk to centre too around 45 mins. Very clean, comfortable. Host was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire stay. Very useful to have supermarket across the street. Room got lots of sunshine which was nice, quiet and dark at night for sleeping.
