Such a great place to stay, and super clean, right by the sea, shops, bakery and a lovely host who gives great recommendations. Also the shower was amazing!

The contact with the host was very good. Clear instructions and fast replies. Even during our stay we receveid a heads up about the local celebrations and possible (loud) noises.
The location is good. There are a lot of parking possibilities for free in the streets around the apartments. But there are two parking spots available on the property itself.
The apartment itself was spacious enouhg. It had a small fridge in the room with a complementary bottle of water. There are two outlets in the headboard of the bed, at least in room 1.
There are restaurants and a bakery within a two minute walk. Furthermore it's close to the sea as well. It's on a bit less busier part of the island, what we liked. Close to PR8, which we highly recommend.
The bed was a bit hard for our liking, but this depends per person of course. The shower was a small, but the rest of the bathroom was spacious enough.

Cozy apartment with its own private shower and toilet, plus a nice balcony. Perfect for a relaxing stay- everything was comfortable and clean.
Everything was great overall - except just one small suggestion for the future: it would be nice to have hand soap already available in the room. After arriving from the airport or hike, the first thing you want to do is wash your hands, so having soap ready from the start would be a nice touch☺️

We stayed here for close proximity to hikes and overall it was ok. The exterior of the building has been recently renovated.
Unfortunately noise from nearby snack kept us up, despite having windows closed and earplugs in, particularly one night when there was a soccer game on. Although personal preference, the mattress and pillows were far too hard and uncomfortable for us, this could be fine for others. Overall, after staying in two other properties in Madeira during our stay, we felt this was somewhat overpriced for the basic facilities provided.
