The greatest advantage of this property is its excellent location in an elegant and prestigious area near the Vatican. The building has a beautiful entrance courtyard, with well-known boutiques and shops nearby. St. Peter's Basilica is within easy reach, and the historic centre of Rome can also be reached on foot.
Special thanks to Samuele for his kindness, patience and helpfulness. Although we did not meet in person, he always responded to my questions and clearly explained the self check-in and check-out procedures. The flexible check-in and check-out times were also much appreciated.
Access to a shared kitchen, including a fridge and kettle, was another useful convenience.
The bathroom needs renovation, particularly the shower cabin. The washbasin in the room was clogged. For a longer stay (5 nights), more towels would also be useful.
Another disadvantage was the lack of a wardrobe or chest of drawers. The only clothing storage available was a wooden coat rack with just three hangers, which made it difficult to unpack and store our belongings.

Keuken was steeds goed schoon.

Location
It’s an old building and the apartment itself is very dated. Needs urgent renovation.
