Very cosy little place, homely, and extremely clean. Comfortable big bed and nice linen. Thoughtful touches. We appreciated the tea and coffee, kettle, water jug & glasses etc. Lots of info, easy instructions to follow. Great location for the train and ferry. Absolutely no problems.
A tiny irritation was the nose of the door handle - so that going out to the loo in the middle of the night woke my partner up. Small thing.

Easy to get in, instructions were very clear and concise.
Parking was ok for us , but there might of been a bit of a problem parking right by the property if it had been busier as there was a caravan outside...

Location good for the ferry, lovely staff. Room basic but had everything you needed. However for my partner the bed was way too soft. He ended up sleeping on the floor to save his back for the rest of our holiday in Ireland.
