Ficámos alojados durante 5 dias e 4 noites e tivemos uma experiência muito positiva. O apartamento é bastante confortável, espaçoso e bem equipado, dispondo de sala, cozinha, casa de banho, dois quartos e um fantástico terraço privado com jacuzzi.
O jacuzzi no terraço foi, sem dúvida, um dos pontos altos da estadia. Depois de um dia inteiro a conhecer Sevilha, era maravilhoso poder chegar ao apartamento e relaxar no jacuzzi.
A limpeza estava muito boa, as camas eram confortáveis e o apartamento tinha tudo o que precisávamos para uma estadia agradável. A localização também é muito boa, permitindo-nos conhecer a cidade com bastante facilidade.
Apesar de não termos tido contacto presencial com os funcionários, toda a comunicação foi feita através de WhatsApp e só temos a dizer bem. Foram muito prestáveis, simpáticos e sempre disponíveis para esclarecer dúvidas e ajudar sempre que foi necessário.
No geral, foi uma estadia muito agradável e ficámos muito satisfeitos com a escolha. Recomendamos sem dúvida e, numa próxima visita a Sevilha, voltaríamos a ficar aqui! ❤️🇪🇸
Apesar de a estadia ter sido muito agradável, houve alguns pequenos aspetos que poderiam ser melhorados. A iluminação da casa de banho é um pouco fraca. Sentimos também falta de detergente ou outros produtos para utilizar na máquina de lavar roupa, uma vez que, tendo apenas uma toalha por pessoa, tivemos necessidade de as lavar para as podermos utilizar no dia seguinte. Por fim, seria útil disponibilizarem molas para prender a roupa no estendal.

It was fairly confusing but for anyone staying in future if your as blonde as me I struggled finding the place as it’s a whole road and I didn’t know the number just apartment number and floor. But nothing wrong with the place everything you need.

Nice local neighborhood. Great for experiencing local Sevilla culture in a real neighborhood (but a bit out of the way for main attractions which are a 20-25 min walk away)
The hotel apartment was quite cramped w a small claustrophobic living/dining room. Not great for 5 people. Our main reason for chosing this apartment was the hot tub which the kids were excited about. Unfortunately, it was dirty upon arrival. We told the hotel and they sent someone to clean it but we missed out on using it on our first and only really sunny day in Sevilla. There is no luggage storage at the hotel so we had to sort out our luggage ourselves and carry it around town ahead of an evening flight on our last day. Also very hard to ever get through to hotel group via the phone but they were responsive on WA. Would not go back.
