The staff here are absolutely fabulous and create a warm, family-like atmosphere, going out of their way to cater to our needs and wish us well on our journey. Our beautifully tidy bedroom had a charming cottage feel with cozy cushions and throws, plus great amenities including an iron, TV, and the choice of a bath or shower. Breakfast was excellent and very accommodating with extra coffees and juices, and the location is perfectly situated for a trip to Alton Towers.
We experienced a slight amount of noise from outside the property, but it was completely manageable and wasn't an issue at all once the window was shut.

Large comfortable room. Comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and the food was delicious
Some areas were tired, needed repainting as paint was peeling off the walls. Windows are only single glazed and were very draughty

The breakfast was lovely, parking was very convenient, nice tea and coffee selection in the room.
The room did not look like the advertised photos, strange smell lingered the whole time, damp/leak stains on the walls, sharp exposed carpet grippers where carpet is too short, very warm room. Both of us had upset stomachs after dinner from restaurant.
