Excellent location, friendly staff, and good restaurant and bar
The double bedroom would have benefited from a chair. The room was big, bathroom huge, however the absence of a chair meant you had to sit on the bed. Unfortunately our car was carpet bombed with bird droppings in the residents parking slots, which although not directly under the hotels control, is perhaps worth considering when directing guests to parking.

The breakfast was lovely, parking was very convenient, nice tea and coffee selection in the room.
The room did not look like the advertised photos, strange smell lingered the whole time, damp/leak stains on the walls, sharp exposed carpet grippers where carpet is too short, very warm room. Both of us had upset stomachs after dinner from restaurant.
