The room was nice and clean. It appeared to be recently remodeled with new tile floor, bathroom, sink, and toilet. The air-conditioning and the heat worked well. The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and informative.
The room could use thicker window treatment as the outside lights shone through the blinds. Though the toilet was new, it was quite tall and hard for me, a short person, to use. The faucet in the bathroom needs to be tightened down. I would recommend that the owner caulk around the sink faucet, the tub faucets, and controls, and around the sink backsplash, to save water getting behind these things and rotting the walls, etc..
Also, the lawn needed to be mowed, and there was quite a few items sitting around the outside of the motel.

Loved this small, cozy and quiet motel. Easy to get to and convenient to places in Watertown, NY. Owner is doing renovation to the motel but it does not affect the rooms he is renting out. Room and bathroom were clean and the king size bed extremely comfortable with quality linens. Price was very reasonable and will definitely stay there again on future trips
