Free upgrade to a suite. Large, comfy bed. Nice sitting room and kitchenette. Very friendly owner and dog was playful. Fair price.

This is very peaceful and quiet location, with beautiful view on the river and bridge, with 2 tables on the river bank. Besides, for those who is looking for stay close to Brockville, it's perfect location and budget friendly opportunity. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. Everything was clean, the rooms are cozy.

Comfortable, modern, bright, new room. Had a fridge, tea kettle, coffee, glass wine glasses. Views of the St Lawrence River, near the Canada USA bridge. Nice host & friendly dog😃

Easy access, friendly owner, clean.
They wash the linens with very perfumed detergents and laundry enhancers. It was too much! I had to take the bed apart and search in my car for something to sleep on. In my opinion, ‘no scents makes good sense’ Accommodations should be scent free for the comfort of all guests.
