Welcome to your private getaway, perfectly situated just a 3-minute walk to the town center, a 2-minute stroll to the beach, and only 4 minutes to the jetty. This charming unit is joined to the main house but offers complete privacy, with your own entrance, private driveway parking, and access to a lock-up garage with a direct entrance to the unit.

- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list.
