The Space:

Newly renovated in August 2026, this single-level property offers a practical and comfortable layout for up to six guests. The open-plan kitchen and dining area provides a central space to gather, while two adjoining living areas offer plenty of room to relax.

*Outdoor: Enjoy al fresco dining with a gas BBQ in the fully enclosed yard. Lawn games are also provided for your enjoyment.

Outside, the undercover patio is set up for relaxed outdoor dining, with a large BBQ for enjoying meals together. Ample off-street parking, including access to the garage, provides space for up to two cars.



The property is also pet friendly, so your four-legged family members are welcome to enjoy the stay too!

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the property, including the home, front garden, paved driveway, garage and outdoor patio area. Please only park in the garage and driveway - guest vehicles must not block access to the neighbouring property at the rear at any time.



The Neighborhood:

Located in West Busselton, the property is set within a peaceful residential neighborhood surrounded by established homes and gardens. It provides a relaxed base for exploring Busselton and the wider Margaret River region, with local shops, cafes, beaches and attractions within easy reach by car. It is only a few 100 metres from the Busselton Health Campus making it convenient when attending appointments or visiting friends or family at the hospital. The Beach is an easy 3 minute walk, with dogs also permitted on this section of the beach.



Busselton is the popular beach town at the gateway to the iconic Margaret River Wine Region (see final paragraph for a more detailed insight into the region). Just 2.5 hours away from Perth, and within easy driving distance from popular hotspots Dunsborough (20 minutes), Yallingup (30 minutes) and Margaret River (40 minutes), this is the perfect location to explore everything our region has to offer. The best news? You don't have to visit Margaret River township to enjoy some of the most famous and world class wine, as there are dozens of cellar doors to choose from, all the way down the Cape. The nearest cellar doors to Busselton are just a 15-20 minute drive away, and include some of the more "off the beaten track" options for those wishing to explore smaller cellar doors, including Lentedal, Blind Corner and Mongrel Creek, as well as the better known Flametree. All produce fantastic wine, and provide different experiences for the oenophiles out there. Don't worry if wine isn't your bag, as Busselton is also home to two fantastic tap rooms - Rocky Ridge and Shelter Brewing Co. Benefit from town amenities and convenience during your stay, while enjoying a serene beach side holiday next to the calm, crystal waters of Geographe Bay. Don’t forget to visit the beautiful foreshore and famous Busselton jetty, the longest in the Southern Hemisphere! It's not just about summer here, despite its popularity thanks to the glorious weather; all year round, even when we may be less blessed with warm days and sunny skies, visitors can enjoy hikes, biking, surfing, off-roading, horse riding, cave tours, water sports, fishing, wine and beer tasting, and generally eating and drinking one's way around the area! Visit in spring to catch the whale migration and wild flower season, or in autumn to enjoy quieter beaches and excellent surf.



The Margaret River Wine Region is one of the most prestigious winemaking areas in the world. Considered a “boutique” region, production is relatively small and quality-focused. The unique microclimates and fabulous soils here mean that producers are able to make some of the world’s best Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, along with a host of other single varietal and blend wines; most wineries will have a good selection of options, including various sparkling wines, Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz if the flagship varieties aren’t your cup of tea. Many of these wineries are also home to phenomenal restaurants, and your dining options will range from full tasting menus to casual pizzas or grazing boards. If you have any particular restaurant on your wish list, we strongly recommend booking ahead all year round. In peak summer season (December-February), bookings are essential and may need to be made several weeks or months in advance. If you have time, we highly recommend buying a ticket onto one of the many locally operated winery and brewery tour buses, for an unforgettable day out of excellent food and drink.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for making the most of Busselton and the surrounding Margaret River region. The property offers a generous paved driveway for convenient off-street parking, as well as garage access.

All of our accommodation is fully self-catered, and as a courtesy we provide a basic starter pack for each stay, including: soap, toilet rolls, tea, coffee & sugar, basic cleaning products, and some cooking essentials (oil, salt & pepper). We provide these items to help kick-start your holiday in a stress-free way, but guests are responsible for the ongoing supply of anything they should require beyond the starter pack provided.
