Location is really good. It close to the city center and 15 min by walking distance from the train/bus station in the same time it’s really quiet.
Morning I enjoyed nice homemade breakfast with croissants 🥐 fresh yogurt cheese ham eggs coffee and fantastic homemade marmalade. It is a small hotel managed by family and I felt like at home. They served breakfast in the dining room at round table what you shared with other guests and you will never feel yourself alone there.
My room was decorated with pictures warm light lamps and toffee colored walls. The bed was comfortable. It’s cosy and nice house. Definitely I would recommend this place if you want to stay in house and not just in the hotel.
I didn’t like that my trip was too short.

A fantastic location, just five minutes walk from Markt and the canals. Spacious and comfortable room with all the facilities we needed, although air conditioning was lacking. Having said that, the weather was exceptionally hot and there was a decent fan in the room. It's a lovely building, with interesting decoration and fittings. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty and the staff were friendly and also helpful in suggesting restaurants and things to do. It didn't seem too busy but I don't think there are that many rooms. It was helpful that we were able to leave our luggage there after checkout.
No aircon - but it was exceptionally hot and there was a fan in the room. Bedside lights could have been less bright.

The location is great! Within a 10 minute walk you are standing on the main square of Bruges. The bathroom also is quite nicely done.
We enjoyed the armchair in the room quite a bit as well! The building is quite beautiful from the outside
The bed was so incredibly creaking, the smallest motion would wake me up. The 3rd bed also lacked any bedside tables or lighting.
We also expected to be able to check in between 13:00 and 15:00 as this was communicated over messages. Once we arrived at 14:00, the room still had to be cleaned though.
There were cobwebs left behind and sockets so dusty I wonder when they were cleaned last.
The outdoor view into the inner courtyard also wasn't too inspiring with wood panels glued to the doors and paint flaking
