Great location and top floor room had great views. Good selection of food for breakfast. Comfy bed.

Beautiful hotel . Ideal spot away from the square
Parking a bit expensive. Cheaper to park in the 24h carpark
Breakfast was limited. If known we would have had breakfast elsewhere

I liked the bed and the pillows I also liked how quiet it was near the canal. The view was beautiful. This away from the tourist section and was peaceful. The windows opened and I could see the canal and the bell tower. I heard the chimes and the horse gallops. The English breakfast tea in the room was great and the shower head was lush. The bed and pillows were so soft. It was so relaxing I laid in the bed and fell asleep for 3 hours after checking in. Wonderful!!
I didn’t know where the breakfast area was. I thought it was the bar. If someone told me where it was I don’t remember it. . I saw it later, but I didn’t buy breakfast so it was ok.

Spacious rooms with large comfortable beds and. The hotel also boasts a classic feel throughout. The hotel is well located with a bus stop next to it, walking distance to the city centre whilst not being in a crowded area.
The room did feel a bit worn and lacked modern amenities such as block out curtains, and plug points by bedside. The lighting in the room could also be improved.
