Location for exploring Georgetown was perfect. Apartment is on level 31, great views, it’s well equipped.
The pool is wonderful but not cleaned often (don’t wear goggles if you don’t want to see how dirty it is). There is a very strong chemical smell of the pool water, we believe excessive use of chemicals are used). The pool is worn (tiles missing) and there is not enough of furniture for placing your towels. This is beyond the apartment owners control but one needs to take note of this.
Gym - it’s small and although there is a fan, it’s not well ventilated.
