The staff was very quick to respond on WhatsApp.
check-in and check out easy.
-not soundproof, heard loud music every night and call to prayer in the morning
-only 2 towels for 5 days

Location was superb, so near to many attractions and the sea view was really stunning.
The bed and sofa bed were big, suitable for family of 4-5.
The shower area is quite small. Limitation of swimming pool usage and very strict on the swimming attire.

The property was good and looks comfy. Convenient location.
Very dirty everywhere. We can see clearly the hair, dirts and ants on the floor. The toilet also can see the stain on the wall and the corner on the floor. However, when the host lines the cleaner issues, she did try to send someone to help us to clean but we already use the floor mat to clean ourselves. She also sent us a box of Penang famous biscuit as a gift. Hope they can upgrade the cleaner issue.
