Host communication and welcome package was excellent.
Room was clean and had an interesting view. High enough to be quiet, could even open windows to allow in a nice breeze.
Some good eats within walking distance.
Car parking was safe.
Apartment was smaller than expected looking at the posted photos.
Shower holder needed fixing and bathing caused the rest of the washroom to get wet.
Rented a car and must say driving all the way up to the car park can be troublesome.

A nice homestay location, nestled within reach to eating places, supermarket GIANT, classy cafe INSTEA and more. By the way, night walk to Lorong Baru for all your favourite Penang food.
Good communication with host, responsive and most patient to answer all doubts. Studio nicely fitted up, with good seaview.
It's considered a small request,. not a dislike. It would be good to provide a few extra plastic bags, to bag the disposed items.

Good location. Nice view.
Noisy neighbours, it's a holiday place so people were coming and going at all hours not keeping quiet, people above us dragging furniture across the tiled floor at 1, 2, 3am.
The pool had zero seats or loungers around it so you had to leave towels/keys etc on the floor and could not sunbathe or even just sit and watch your children.
There is a washing machine in the apartment which is the main reason I booked it but there is not a proper rack to dry clothes on. There is a rail used as a wardrobe with 6 hangers and that was it. I was directed to the on-site laundry by the host but with 2 small children I just wanted to wash and dry clothes in the apartment for ease and not drag them to wait around in a laundry.
