Locatie tov 5 terre maar ook La Spezia zelf (binnenstad), appartement zelf erg ruim en netjes.

Tout a été parfait 👍.Antonio est ultra réactif, anticipe nos questions, nous avions toutes les infos nécessaires avant d'arriver.
Le Logement était déjà climatisé à notre arrivée, avec des boissons au frais 🙏, des doses de lessive pour la machine à laver.
Côté emplacement c'était très bien pour nous : 20min à pied du centre de la Spezia pour être au calme ( avec 2 enfants 5 et 11ans), 5min à pied des arrêts de bus pour Portovenere et centre Spezia, parking gratuit juste en face du logement .
Notre séjour sur les Cinque Terres a été une vraie réussite et c'est aussi grâce à Antonio et la casa del vicolo.
Je recommande à 200%.

Summer Holiday with family, 3 kids, 2 adults.
Silent locality, not So far from city centre. Appartment is beautifull, clean and practically equipped, perfect for 4-5 people. It has aircindition, which is REALLY helpfull in summer. Beds are comfy. It has a small terace and balcony. There are 3 TVs with Netflix, so even bigger family can find a place to rest;)
The owner Antonio (who I met only on WhatsApp) was very nice and polite. We had some drinks and snacks in the Fridge. There was also beach umbrella available for us. Thank you Antonio!
Free public parking is just a few steps apart and it was always possible to find a parking place...but very big cars may find it a little dificult.Train station for trips to Cinque Terre is 1,5 km and a city center around 1 km.
There is not much to complain about!
