The location was great. Great staff. Quiet rooms with great bed and great shower. It was exactly what we wanted after a long flight - a comfortable space with room service.
The pool was super tiny compared to what we thought, but otherwise exactly as expected.

No complaints with staff or property, but was disappointed that community surrounding did not appear to be safe for independent walking/exploring

Property was clean
When we checkout out we were stopped at the gate while rushing to the airport claiming that there is a pending balance and yet we paid everything before checking in in fact you can’t checkin without paying the full amount i didn’t appreciate the fact that the person who did our check in did not update the payment
