Guests enter this unit from a second-floor hallway and are welcomed into a cozy, retro living space down a small flight of stairs. The living room has a flatscreen TV, and an iPod dock all nestled in front of a gas fireplace. A full-size sofa sleeper provides extra accommodations for guests, and a deck off the living room overlooks the large grassy common space at the Telluride Lodge. The living room is open to the dining room, which has a ton of light due to a solarium, as well as the fully stocked kitchen. The king bedroom is located on the lower level of this unit, with a shower-only bathroom. Free wireless internet is included in every stay. The Telluride Lodge is located adjacent to the grocery store and just across the river from Lift #7. The free in-town shuttle has stops on the north and south sides of the property and downtown Telluride is just a short 10-minute walk. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note that there are two shared hot tubs. One outdoor, and one indoor, that are open between the hours of 10am-10pm. - This home has access to a communal hot tub. - Community hot tub is not available during the off-season. - Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. - Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. Parking Details: Maximum of 1 vehicle allowed. Parking is available in the onsite open lot on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no designated parking spaces, but a parking pass will be provided. A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed Sleeper sofa --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
