About this house rental
**INCLUDES LINEN AND BATH TOWEL HIRE, AND STANDARD DEPARTURE CLEANING**
**This property is self-catering, however an initial supply of coffee, hand wash, toilet paper, firewood (in winter), and basic cleaning products is provided.**
Wisteria Lodge is perfectly set up to accommodate extended families or 4 holidaying couples, and is sure to tick all the boxes for your next South West escape. The large central living, dining and kitchen zone boasts delightful bushland views through the large glass windows, bathing the space in natural light. Featuring easy-care tiled flooring throughout, a cosy wood fireplace and ducted air conditioning for year round climate control.
The living area boasts a massive 8 seater couch and smart TV, perfect for family movie nights. Dining zone offers an 8 seater dining table and direct access through the sliding door to the huge outdoor alfresco and entertaining zone.
Spacious kitchen boasts all the modern conveniences of a home; including a gas stovetop, electric oven, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of bench space along with a breakfast bench for morning catch ups.
The master bedroom is situated in its own wing of the house and offers a Queen bed, ceiling fan, a/c, and TV. Also featuring a large walk in robe and an ensuite with dual vanity and rain head walk in shower.
This wing also includes an office, for when work simply cannot wait
In the second wing of the home, two guest bedrooms offer a queen bed, ceiling fan, a/c, and built in robe
An additional guest bedroom includes a tri-bunk (double bed on bottom and single bed on top) with a ceiling fan, a/c, and built in robe
Main bathroom features dual vanity, bath and shower
A second living area joins the guest bedrooms and main bathroom together and offers a dining table, couch, smart TV, a/c and ceiling fan
Functional laundry accessible from the kitchen includes bench space, sink, washing machine and dryer.
The expansive decked outdoor entertaining alfresco offers another 8 seater dining table and a ceiling fan, perfect to enjoy a meal on warm summer evenings whilst watching the local kangaroos and birdlife at play. Several other seating areas are scattered across the wrap around decked area, with enough space for everyone to soak in the views. Soak up the serenity, enjoy a BBQ with the gas BBQ provided, or enjoy a firepit and sundowner with friends and make incredible family memories.
The brilliant brand new sparkling below ground pool is the perfect place to cool off after a day of exploring the region. The lush lawns and grassed area provide a place for the kids to run and play, featuring full size soccer goals when the whole family want to get involved in a game. Table tennis and a dartboard are situated in the covered area found by following the walkway from the main house.

The house was excellent, two families stayed and there was plenty of room. The addition of the pool landed nicely with all.Had a few false starts on the wifi but the team were extremely helpful in getting sorted and when we realised there was no pool scoop it was dropped round for us.The proximity of the kangeroos was an unexpected bonus for us from the UK!The only things that would improve it more would likely be one further bathroom... or at least an additional toilet! 9 of us on 2 was a bit of a stretch. And more out door heaters... it is so lovely to sit outside on that great deck but it cools quickly and we were sad to go in every evening when temp was no longer comfortable.The location was fantastic as we were in easy driving distance to everywhere we wanted to go!All had a wonderful time - thank you!

Absolutely beautiful property, secluded and quiet but close to Dunsborough town and wineries.The property manager was incredibly attentive and response on the one occasion we required assistance.We would thoroughly recommend this property for a south west getaway with friends and family!

This place exceeded our expectations. It was perfect size for our whole family (parents, kids, grandkids). The house was beautiful and it was so nice to have the fire running through winter. Everything was clean and high quality. Beautiful new bathrooms with under floor heating!! Kitchen was also really well equipped. Lots of extra little touches that made it special.We all loved our stay, it’s the perfect place to unwind, have a cuppa in the garden and still close enough to all the places to visit down south. Thank you for hosting us!

Stayed here 4 nights with another family. Absolutely loved our stay here. Quality throughout. Plenty of room for the kids to roam. Basketball ring and trampoline kept the kids entertained for hours. Location was perfect, just a short drive from everything.
