The building itself was really cool! Staff were super welcoming and kind. The room was pretty good. There was an open ginger ale can behind the curtain that was leftover but we just ignored it. The beds and blankets were comfortable but the bed sank a little in the middle, but that was also okay for us. The location and its proximity to the subway was prime. It was also nice to be walking distance from Millennium Park and Grant Park. I would definitely stay again!
