The location was great and the apartment had everything we needed.

The apartment wasn't as clean as it could be under the sofa bed had not been hoovered or mopped the utility room had hair and fluff over the floor and the fridge freezer wasnt the cleanest, the drive leading up to the apartment needs resurfacing. I understand that the apartment is connected to a family home but the noise/banging in the door that connected to the apartment wasn't great, it happened at different times during the night over the first 3 nights which woke us up, and our son wasn't keen sleeping on the sofa because of this and ended up sleeping on a make shift bed on the floor of the bedroom.

Pre arrival communication and information very good. Its tucked out the way in a quiet, but easy to find location, just on the outskirts of Douglas. The flat, paved, allocated parking was perfect for us as we were travelling on motorbikes and felt safe and secure. Everything about the apartment was well thought out and beautifully executed with style and to high spec. Really comfortable accommodation, spotlessly clean and high quality. Smelt great on arrival. Deep pile carpet, super comfy bed and hi tech kitchen. An earlier review mentioned there was no microwave but there is - integrated into the oven - you just have to select that function. Lovely bathroom and very convenient laundry room well placed upstairs next to the bedroom. Apartment was bigger in reality and has a boutique hotel feel to it. The pictures don't do it justice. Really enjoyed our stay here.
