This flat was ideal for our purposes. We left our car behind and came to the Isle of Man by ferry to stay for a week and explore the island. We could walk from the ferry to the flat and then back to Lord Street where buses took off to all parts of the island. £24 for 5 days to use the bus as much as we liked. There was also a big Tesco in easy walking distance. Not great views from the house although able to sit in bed and watch the seagulls on the cliff behind circling round and looking after their young. Bed comfortable and other facilities okay.
Didn't bother us unduly, but most flats we have stayed in on the mainland for that sort of price have been a lot smarter. with great attention to detail, a handbook with instructions, etc. It was adequate, but we think some people would find it a bit tatty. For example, the toilet roll holder hanging off the wall. At £580 it was far more expensive than flats on the mainland, but best we could find. We think the Isle of Man, lovely though it is, likes to control its tourism these days.

Great stay in a fantastic location. The flat was very clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable throughout. It had everything needed for a relaxing stay, and being just a five-minute walk into town with local amenities nearby made it very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent only a short walk into the town centre. The host was very accommodating and let us leave our bags in the apartment until we left for the airport.
A hairdryer and toiletries were provided.
We struggled to put the television on.

Good location not far from centre of Douglas. Fine for three lads watching the TT.
No issue for us, but there are loads of steps if you want to walk from the ferry with cases/bags. The property needed a lot of TLC. TV didn’t work. Couldn’t find any linen for the sofa bed even though the apartment was booked for 3 people. Good job we’d taken some with us. Only two towels and no tea towel for kitchen. Lots to improve on.
