La propreté au top, rien à redire la dessus
L’accueil inexistant. Pas de bienvenue. On nous a ouvert la porte de la chambre sans un mot. Pas de bonjour à l’arrivée, aucune présentation, aucun dialogue. Une pauvre serviette pour deux. Bien sûr, pas de au revoir. Quand je lis les commentaires, je me demande si c’est le même établissement.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. A special mention goes to Mr. Lingam, the caretaker, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and available around the clock whenever we needed assistance. His dedication to ensuring guests have a pleasant stay truly stood out.
I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to the owner, Ms. Shamini, for her warm hospitality. She personally looked after us during check-in, and thanks to her excellent management, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. We did not have to wait at all upon arrival, which made a great first impression.
Overall, the combination of outstanding cleanliness, excellent customer service, and genuine hospitality made our stay memorable. Thank you, Ms. Shamini and Mr. Lingam, for making our visit so enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The staff behaviour is exceptional and very cooperative.Thats the best part of the stay along with the hospitality. They will help you out with anything and everything. My daughter stayed and felt extremely safe and the responsibility the staff exhibited is paramount.
