Отдельный плюс — отличное расположение, совсем рядом с центром. Всё необходимое находится буквально рядом, поэтому даже не нужно брать такси — практически везде можно дойти пешком.

Although we were quite satisfied with our stay, it's important to confirm some small issues mentioned in other reviews.
The carpet in our room could've been vacuumed (hoovered) more thoroughly - it was clean but not entirely spotless upon check-in. Not a gamechanger at all for us, maybe so for some future guests.
Some of the walls in our room were very thin, meaning you could hear all sorts of noise from the next room, including sounds from the bathroom.
Also, water moving through the pipes was quite loud when flushing the toilet, showering or running water at the sink - this applied to our room and the room next to ours.
These incidental noise issues are noteworthy but were fortunately infrequent enough during our stay.
Note: Some rooms are located directly off the lobby/reception desk area - lucklily we were given a room on the level above.

The hotel is budget-friendly, so we didn't have high expectations. It is in a fantastic, highly convenient location right in the center, and the rooms are quite spacious, featuring an AC and an electric kettle.
However, our biggest disappointment was the cleanliness: the carpet clearly hadn't been vacuumed in a long time, we found someone else's hair in the bathroom, and the walls are very thin (we could clearly hear neighbors snoring). Additionally, we stayed for 5 nights, and the rooms were never cleaned or serviced once during our stay. Staff didn't seem very welcoming.
If you value hygiene and cleanliness, I do not recommend this hotel. It might be bearable for just a single night or two if location is your only priority, but definitely not for a longer stay.
