The pension is in the countryside, within walking distance of a beach on the northeastern side of the beach. The owner looks after the property and is also cooking for the guests, Room cleanliness is impeccable and the area is very quiet. Probably not the best place for party goers as it's far away from the hot spots, but excellent for families and people looking for a relaxing place.
You really need a car to go places as it's a 45-minute drive from both Eivissa and Sant Antoni. There's no swimming pool, but then the beach is really close. The rooms are simple, but you have all the basics. We got a really good rate (lower than anything else we could find on the island) so yes there are trade-offs, but unless you're looking for some fancy hotel and nightclubs within short distance you'll get a lot for your money.
