Pricing is a bit high, but that holds true for Húsavík in general: not much to comment on

Apartamento moderno, muy cuidado y muy limpio. Además la cocina está súper completa. La ubicación es ideal, está a pocos minutos del puerto, perfecto para unirlo con la excursión de avistamiento de ballenas.

the apartment is brand new and has everything one might need for a few nights stay
dishwasher with tablets, soap, detergent for washing machine, hang drier, kitchen is fully equiped as well (including coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, …)
comfy beds
spacious rooms
netflix :)
there was only one drawback - the first night a false alarm got triggered and woke up the entire building … it took us (all tenants) 15mins to figure it out, while the alarm kept screaming :( luckily, the owner picked up and told us it might be a faulty water-flooding sensor in the bathroom and to just wipe it dry and it should stop… it did, but to our surprise the owner said it happens quite often and it’s kinda normal… I dont get why wouldnt she get this fixed for good…
nevertheless, it got resolved and I put the sensor on top of the drier so it wont get “wet” again …
other than that, very nice apartment !!!
