Todo es muy tranquilo, un lugar para descansar, la recepcionista muy cálida, alegre :,) está cerca de la central de autobuses, cerca del metro, todo muy a la mano.

Cheap and felt safe

The décor is what sold me on the place, it's such a mismatched, "interior decorator's nightmare" style that it's oddly charming (turns out it's all from one store just up the road)
Good value if you're a broke backpacker, or Dutch/German
Impressive that they've managed to keep such a high overall score
Feels like a "prison hotel" built by a local handyman who doesn't seem overly committed to their craft, several bathrooms are clearly an afterthought installation
Not good for socializing, there's no real place to hang out besides the half kitchen, half entrance
The owner (or an overly dedicated employee) constantly watches you through CCTV, yet people still show up asking to be let in despite the strict "DO NOT LET ANYONE IN" rule
No reception, just an owner/employee on call. You have to announce your exact arrival time via WhatsApp, and you'll get complaints if you're early or late
A silly amount of rules overall, including a ban on taking any photos on the premises, which feels like a red flag on its own
