Incredible service. My girlfriend texted them an hour before we arrived that it was my birthday, and they prepared decorations and a cake on short notice. They also prepared medicine when my girlfriend was feeling sick. And the shuttle service to Wulingyuan was invaluable.
Also, we only stayed for one night but the room and scenery were as good as they look in the pictures.

The location offer a perfect calm and relaxing expérience. With an incredible mountain view. The staff is incredibly kind and helpfull with all activity. They offer ou a transport option.
We tried 2 types of rooms both was incredible but the superior room for 4 pax has a stunning view. Even if it's foggy it's a perfect experience !

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We felt well attended to, the staff were very kind and thoughtful throughout our stay. The staff made everything easy, from getting around, coordinating transportation, and providing recommendations. Breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. We would highly recommend our stay to others and we hope to be back one day!
