We didn’t sleep well because the pillows were too high (to avoid a stiff neck I slept on an upright angle)
My husband found the bed lumpy & was drawn to the centre of the bed! Otherwise the room was lovely! Usually we find a choice of low or high pillows at most places we stay!
Didn’t see any staff as I think it was all AI replies to messages! I received a call from Ira & she answered all my questions! Haven’t experienced no reception or staff to talk to before - but we managed with codes & everything worked us!
Only the bed & contact was impersonal but might have to get used to AI the new way forward!

The property looked great. The pool was gorgeous. The rooms were styled lovely.
The room was stuffy and very small.
