1. 洗衣服務：住那麼多酒店沒有住過服務這麼好的，在洗衣服務方面會詢問是否需要深色與淺色分開洗，服務很細緻，隔天再到櫃檯報房號取就可以了。
2. 智能客房：可以跟「小度」對話，稍微美中不足就是機器要插電，小孩身體一直彎在那邊玩耍，不符合人體工學，但是還是玩得很開心。窗簾可以聲控很有趣方便。
3. 宵夜小食 ：雖然不是真的稀飯，也不是什麼大餐，住宿的三個晚上吃到了紅豆湯，還有小米粥，還有綠豆湯。真的很養生不太甜，晚上挺暖胃的。
4. 其他：位置不錯，到那裡都很方便，需要打車也很方便：沒有吃飯店的早餐到附近河坊街吃小籠包、吃當地的小吃早點都非常方便。
5. 客房體驗：冰箱的飲料小朋友也喜歡，有酸奶，小孩喝得很開心。贈送的牙刷套組也很好使用，免治馬桶也很舒適，充電也是用感應磁吸的，非常方便，整體寬敞採光不錯。
6. 前台服務： 如果需要點外送也可以請機器人送上來房間，前台服務也非常親切，有酸梅汁可以喝，也有很多冰棒跟冰麻糬冰淇淋可以吃，真的是太棒了，給這一家飯店五星好評一點也不為過。

有遺失物遺漏在飯店，飯店很迅速地協助幫忙寄送，快速抵達上海飯店。

The staff was incredibly accommodating and so generous! The management is amazing! The location was also very convenient.
There was nothing we didn’t like; we would recommend to anyone visiting the area!
