The location was excellent. Close to public transport and city features.
Having to get the one key from a lock box 600 metres away from the apartment.
A flooding main shower.
No second couch for five people.
Having to ask for an extra doona for the fold out bed on arrival when we clearly stated that we needed the extra bed. Linen was supplied but no doona or blankets.
The homeless person sleeping at the entrance way the entire stay.

Location is amazing, right in the middle of CBD, yet quiet. Apartment is a good size for 3-4 adults. Communication during business hours is great as last-minute we needed to extend stay by 1 night. Bedding is comfortable, and linen is nice.
Key pickup was a 12 min walk. Only 1 key, so difficult logistics with a 3-4 adults. Apartment and accessories could have been cleaner. Communication to owner is only during business hours.

The property was in excellent location, perfect to explore the area. It was clean and as described. The host was very responsive.
It was difficult to collect the key. We didn't get the access code until reaching out to the host. The instructions on how to access the keys were quite unclear. It said that the laundromat was "directly next to our building entrance", but it was a 15-min walk away as indicated further below. There was also only one key which was annoying for a group for a place that can host up to 4 people. Finally, the shower could not be used as the drain was blocked.
