Hospitality, food and beverage, staff behaviour and cleanliness.
In the evening, hot water was not available even in the case of an emergency. Staff were not available after giving information to the reception desk.

Me and my son had a wonderful stay. Hotel and its staff is fabulous especially SHIRAZ KHAN. Who has been very helpful and ethical person. Definitely it was a well worth to stay in this hotel.

The hotel was basic with no windows in the room - good for those on a budget - in old Delhi which is a bit crazy but you get the true feel of India. It was clean enough.
Location was on a super busy road in the old part of Delhi and charged a lot for a bottle of beer which they got from outside - would recommend buying your own from one of the nearby shops. Breakfast was basic
