Lovely location looking out on the lake, wildlife and greenery. Hot tub and kayak.
Big open space downstairs, spacious quality bedrooms and bathrooms.
Enabled us to have a great family weekend to celebrate my birthday.
Very hot, despite big fans, due to heat wave and large glass windows facing west.
Poor maintenance: hot tub dirty on arrival, some decking still loose despite a previous review, wood splinters affected one family member in their foot. Blinds need attention downstairs as plastic pull cords get stuck and come apart, one roller jams as blind has been creased previously. Some paving slabs on path to front door are broken or wobbling creating trip hazards.
Glass around decking is filthy.

Amazing location and well kitted out. Very comfortable.
Nothing really. One kayak oar was broken and the locks on patio doors are hard work😂

The view of the lake is beautiful
House is comfortable and pet friendly

Door latches that are stuck
