Our stay at this beautiful Warwick property was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The house is charming, exceptionally clean, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and New England coastal style.The location is ideal—tucked away in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, yet incredibly convenient. It’s just a short, scenic walk down to the water, making it easy to enjoy the stunning bay views, catch a classic Rhode Island sunrise, or take a relaxing evening stroll. It also serves as a fantastic, central home base for exploring the area, with quick access to local beaches, great seafood spots, historic main streets, and neighboring coastal towns.Inside, the home has everything you could possibly need for a seamless stay. The layout is comfortable and spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the entire place feels welcoming and thoughtfully put together. The host was also incredibly attentive, organized, and communicative, ensuring a completely stress-free check-in and check-out process.Whether you are looking for a peaceful seaside escape or a comfortable place to gather with family, this home is an absolute treasure. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would love to stay here again!

Richard was a very attentive host. The house had great amenities and was very clean. It was perfectly located in a quaint neighborhood. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

We love this house! It’s been beautifully renovated so the kitchen and bathrooms (really all of the rooms) are updated, yet the original charm has been preserved. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. Pawtuxet Village which has great restaurants and shops is a short walk away. The owner is responsive and helpful. Five stars!

We have stayed multiple times at this property. Richard is an attentive host, always ready with activity suggestions while visiting with our granddaughter. The new front porch is beautiful! We are already planning our next stay.
