This house is everything we imagined it would be and more. Very clean, spacious, well stocked and user friendly. The views are absolutely amazing!! We heard sand hill cranes one night and if you fill the hummingbird feeders they will visit you frequently!! It worked out perfectly for our family reunion in honor of my sweet Aunt who recently passed away. She was a “Lava Legend” and will be greatly missed.

The house is outstanding. the three masters bedrooms made it very comfortable for our group. The loft area is also very nice, but is an open area divided into two sections or "rooms'. We enjoyed feeding the horses in the pasture and the breakfast service they can provide as an extra service. we'll definitely re-book if we are in the area..
