Everything was perfect. The staff is very pleasant and attending, hotel is literally one minute away from Registan Square. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is delicious
Lack of small bed table

Check in included an offer of tea and a platter of assorted nuts. It was nice to just sit and enjoy for a minute.
I had the single bed room, right behind the host desk and I thought for sure it would be noisy. It wasn't! I slept well and was not up from the noise!
Good, decent wifi.
Good breakfast, pretty much made to order with the eggs. They offered and provided a boxed breakfast for when I had to check out at 4am to catch a 5:30am train.
Honestly the best location. Literally right across the street from Registan Square. It is in the lower level of a building so no windows in the rooms (I assume they were all like mine - no outside window).
Staff was incredible nice and caring. They texted to ask if I wanted my room refreshed instead of just assuming I wanted someone in my room (I don't). All the bottled water you wanted on request.
24/7 desk even though the room may be dark, there is someone on the couch ready to help you or let you in/out the door.
I wish there was shelving in the shower. It was nice to the sink so have to stage toiletries there and go back and forth.
The room didn't have a window except to the hallway (frosted and a shade to pull down). Honestly it was fine, but it might bother others.
The furniture has been thru it and had a lot of scratches etc.

Amazing staff, very clean room, location- right across the road is Registan palace, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast. Excellent hotel

The prime location, just crossing the pedestrian road cross in front of the hotel, then it is already Registan Square. Also all the staff were kind, friendly and professional, the room was so clean, felt like home when we came back from Tajikistan.
