Staff are very helpful and nice. The location is very near to the Registan square so very convenient. We also love their breakfast selection. Bottled water was provided as well as some basic amenities
The shower was a bit open so there was water spilling over but there were 2 floor mats so we were able to dry it out

Internet and electricity did not work for quite some time..we got compensated by getting a rebate. Staff was very good and accessibility to important sights was a great plus.
