* Modern apartment in good location
* (Loved the horse paintings!)
* Nice secure complex with a gym and 3 pools (3 lane pool and really nice main graduated pool, indoor was closed)
* Large balcony, shaded, with good furniture
* Welcome wine and information folder
* Street parking outside
* Responsive to messages
* Lots of restaurants nearby - Villa Martin plaza 25min walk, 30mins La Zenia Boulevard, Playa Flamenca market 20mins walk - all 5 minute drive
* Beach 5-10mins drive
* Very local square, supermarket, petrol station and restaurants
* Cleanliness and quality of bedding - pillows were stained and broken, no protectors - so bad I went and purchased two new pillows for main bedroom
* All bedding, although appeared visibly clean, didn’t smell fresh - due to broken washing machine paid to re wash all bedding, including mattress protectors as clearly not laundered frequently
(Removing the protectors revealed large stains on single mattress :(
* Towels were not of a good quality
* Appeared clean on entering but baby’s clothes were black from crawling and on pushing back bed in third room discovered dirt and cans down the side
* Expectation from owner to provide entry for washing machine repair and store the broken one on balcony, however did agree to cancel repair until after our departure at our request
* small third bedroom - better for children not a couple
