Staff were very friendly. Room was garden view and was very clean and spacious with plenty of tea/coffee including decaf. The bed gave us both a great nights sleep with no noise to be heard. The shower also had great pressure and there was plenty of shampoo etc. facilities were spot on.
A very minor grumble in that breakfast took a while to be served but was well worth the wait.

Nice location, very friendly and helpful staff, had a great sea view and comfortable bed. Loved the individual styling, much preferred to modern rooms.

The staff were nice and polite on arrival
Our room was very old fashioned and not very appealing when we entered it. However it was clean. The bar area/patio had a fabulous view but was very grubby and had a patio stone missing so from a health and safety perspective it wasn’t great. Breakfast wasn’t good at all. The fruit juice appeared to be watered down. The cooked breakfast included black pudding which was wafer thin. There was enough tea and coffee on offer. To pay over £200 for one night for this hotel is not acceptable in my opinion. We were very disappointed.
