Fantastic location, making it easy to just step out and be in the midst of everything. The place had most necessities. It was nice to have new dish towels, sponges etc.
The other side of the great location is that it's a little bit of a walk to get to the place from where you can get dropped off by a taxi for example. Definitely for seasoned travelers with smaller bags it's not as much of a concern on the rough cobblestone ground etc.

There were a few things I appreciated about the location and the general setup, but unfortunately my overall experience was overshadowed by several issues that I feel other guests should be aware of before booking.
I have to be honest about a number of problems that affected my stay significantly.
The first and most concerning issue was security. The main door to the building does not close or lock properly. This meant that anyone from the street could enter the building at any time, which left me feeling genuinely uneasy throughout my stay. For a property that guests are paying to stay in, basic security should be a given, and this really needs to be addressed as a priority.
The second issue was the garbage situation on the ground floor. It appears that waste is not being collected regularly, so it accumulates downstairs. As a result, there was a persistent and unpleasant smell that greeted me every time I entered or left the building. It made the whole entrance area feel neglected and uncared for, and it’s the kind of thing that leaves a lasting negative impression.
Finally, the noise from the neighbors upstairs was a constant problem. There seems to be very little sound insulation between floors, so I could hear movement and noise regularly, which made it difficult to rest and relax after a long day. A quiet, comfortable stay is one of the main things you hope for when booking accommodation, and unfortunately that wasn’t possible here.
I don’t take leaving negative feedback lightly, but I felt these issues were serious enough that future guests deserve to know about them. I would encourage the management to take these matters seriously, as they genuinely affected the quality of my stay. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this property in its current condition and would not choose to stay here again.
