L’appartement est refait à neuf. Il est confortable et bien équipé.
L’emplacement est pratique, dans un quartier calme mais proche des sites très touristiques.
Cependant, l’appartement n’est pas facile à trouver.
Et on aurait apprécié qu’il y ait des produits de toilette à disposition.

Die Lage ist gut. Alles, was wir besuchen wollten in Venedig, konnten wir problemlos zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb des Straßenlärms.
Die Wohnung war nicht so ausgestattet wie es der Preis vorgab: Es fehlten eine zweite Nachtischlampe, nur einer von uns hatte eine solche Lampe, ferner gab es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr hellhörig. Wir hörten Unterhaltungen, Schlafgeräusche usw. aus der Nachbarwohnung, die nur mit einer dünnen Gipskartonwand schien abgetrennt zu sein. Es schien so, als ob wir mit in der Nachbarwohnung säßen. Dies sollte in der Beschreibung aufgenommen werden, damit sich der Verbraucher darauf einstellen kann, der sich diese Wohnung als Reiseziel auswählt.
