Superb location ! Close to Fondamente Nove vaporetto station, in a quiet neighborhood, but at the same time not far from Rialto, San Marco and dozens of cafés and restaurants. The appartment is great. Staff (Marco) was very helpfull. When there was a little problem with the hot water boiler, it was taken care of immediately.
We were at the third (top) floor which was quite hard after a day of visiting, strolling, eating and drinking.
There is air conditioning in the bedroom but a fan in the living room (especially in summer) would be welcome.
A pity the double bed were two simple beds pushed together. Not very comfy.

It was a great location, we couldn't have asked for a more central area especially if you wanted to see everything - which we did.
The shower is a slim, so any traveller that is slightly well formed or tall may have trouble showering comfortably.

The property had a very nice kitchen and bedroom. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but I think a lot of European bathrooms can be small and dated. The location and host were fabulous!

The location is perfect - central, yet away from the tourist crowds, with beautiful streets full of locals.
The property is older and really needs some renovation. It wasn’t dirty, but you can tell from the old equipment that this can’t be fixed with cleaning alone - it actually needs a proper renovation.
You will be outside anyway ;)
