The location is excellent. The kitchen was beautifully remodeled and is fully equipped. The shower is excellent. New washer and drier. Everything in the unit is in great condition. Seemed like a very safe area. Free circulator city bus route is nearby.
FYI - This is an historic property, so it does not have a central air conditioning or heating. It has a split AC unit in the kitchen and two portable electric radiators elsewhere. This was not a problem for us, but there could be uneven temps from room to room when temps are very high or low. Overall this is a truly great place to stay.

Lovely cottage, very neat and tidy with some little extras left for us. Nice and close to everywhere we needed to go. Bathroom is a little small but to be expected in an old cottage.
Majority of parking is either permit or for a limited time. The owners were very clear about this though and explained how long we could park in certain areas. We ended up getting an Uber down and walking everywhere to save worrying about the parking.
