Great apartment, suited our needs

Here was nothing particularly impressive about the place. If your main purpose is to visit Lisbon’s tourist attractions, you would be better off choosing a different place to stay.
Due to our late arrival, a young man was waiting for us in front of the building. He let us in and handed us the keys. He explained that there was a problem with opening the main entrance door of the building.
Unfortunately, we encountered the same problem every time we needed to enter the building. Opening the entrance door is quite difficult and time-consuming.
The person who showed us to the apartment also charged us an additional €50 in cash because of the late check-in, promising to send us a receipt by email. We still have not received it.
The washing machine has a torn seal, and when we used it, the entire floor was covered in foam. It took us quite a lot of time to clean and dry the floor. The appliances are old and in need of maintenance, and some may even need to be replaced.
The ironing board cover needs to be replaced. The legs of the ironing board were covered in a thick layer of dust.
Parking in the area is extremely difficult, almost impossible. We had a rental car, and on the morning of our second day, we found that one of the tyres had been punctured. We suspect this may have been intentional, as we found a piece of metal attached to the wheel arch and wedged between the tyre and the rim.
The area is entirely residential and is not particularly welcoming. The building is quite far from the nearest public transport stop, which was something we could not have known in advance. At the same time, the price is not low enough to justify the compromises we had to put up with during our stay.
Very disappointing.
