Tuvimos una estancia corta pero muy agradable. La habitación es sencilla, pero perfectamente adecuada. Nos gustó especialmente la luz natural y el pequeño balcón. El propietario se desvivió por atender todas nuestras peticiones, y los demás compañeros de piso también fueron muy amables.
El único inconveniente fue la comunicación, algo intrusiva. Recibimos muchos mensajes durante nuestra estancia y se esperaba que respondiéramos rápidamente y estuviéramos disponibles de inmediato. Esto nos estresó un poco. Aparte de eso, la estancia fue muy agradable.

La ubicación es excelente. El precio muy competitivo y la atención de los anfitriones muy cercana y atenta. La cama es cómoda y cuenta con buenas instalaciones en general y buen aparato de AC.
El edificio es antiguo y tiene ciertos detalles que necesitarían una renovación u organización mejor para ser del todo excelentes.

Alberto and Carlos were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The room was comfortable with good AC and quiet during the night. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Location was very good with regard to access to metro.
It wasn't actually the apartment that was advertised. Not on the same street and didn't match the pictures. The elevator, while functional, has been modified and is not safe. That being said, I didn't mind too much as the room was great value for money. I just think it would be better to have the correct pictures on the booking advert.

"The apartment is really easy to reach with public transport. From Metro and cercanías station embajadores is only a short walk. I had a really good talk with the brothers and they were very helpful."
