The apartment is new, modern, beautiful and spacious. Since there were 5 of us girls, we enjoyed being able to all be together in one place, as none of the bedrooms have doors.
The apartment is quite dirty - upon arrival, you can see dark long hair and dust all around.
You can hear the noise from the street very clearly.
Although the apartment has a washing machine, coffee machine, dishwasher - there is nothing to use them, I understand that you can buy them in the store, but the hospitality is at a very low level.
There is a very strict arrival time - if it is delayed - you have to pay extra for each hour (if something unexpected happens, or you want to see something else in your way to Seville).
When we came home, a cockroach greeted us in the bathroom.

The room was spacious and in a good location in Seville. It good well fit 6 persons and was air conditioned. It had three bathrooms which is really important for a big group like ours.
The room was dirty when we arrived; floors and bathrooms needed further cleaning. On top of this the sinks were clogged in two out of the three bathrooms and we had to buy a drain unblocker from the super market to make it work. There was not even toilet paper when we arrived. If the rooms was properly maintained and cleaned things would be very different !
