This was an amazing hotel. The exposed brick and nod to the original construction along with the modern upgrades was awesome. The beds were so comfortable. Honestly - I want one. It was a great experience!!

Great location. Getting luggage to the room was difficult due to downtown parking and ongoing construction in building

Room ventilation and air conditioning was spotty but not a huge problem. The casino table games were never open and they need some slot machines and video poker because the arcade games are not suitable for older clients

The construction at your facility during our stay was terrible. Me and my family rented 3 rooms. There was construction noise from outside at 6am waking everyone up. Also the construction inside was terrible, dust everywhere as we walked in and out of the hotel. Very disappointed.

I would like to be reimbursed for our many inconveniences for me and my family. This is the second time I've been to Deadwood South Dakota and I was planning on coming back to bring my grandkids but now I'm not sure.
